Recently I was training for a Powerlifting Competition and hurt my back, which left me bedridden for 2 days. I couldn’t walk and had  to sleep on the couch not being able get in nor lay flat on the bed.  After training so diligently, and mind set to enter the competition, determination that  I had to perform as planned, no matter what I had to do, but I had to develop a plan and quick.  I sought out the help of Dr.Stephanie Owens of Owens Chiropractic and Rehabiltation Center, LLC. The incredible service from Dr. Owens and the accelerated plan that she put me on I was able to gain mobility, and within five weeks I was ready to enter the competition. Not only did I emerge as the champion but thanks to Dr. Owens and Staff I was able for the next 6 months to carry on and set 3 State Records. Thanks to Dr. Owens I am now the current Indiana SLP Bench Press State Record holder the Kentucky SLP State Record holder , and  the Ohio State Record holder in the Bench Press  in the  Southern Power Federation both in The Men’s Master Division. There was no way I would’ve been able to lift  that much weight  without the services of Owens Chiropractor And Rehabihtation Center.  Much Thanks goes out to          Dr. Owens and her Staff

After having surgery 15 years ago, I have continued to have low-back pain off and on for years. In the last couple of years it seemed to be getting worse.  I have done all the correct things that I knew of to try to alleviate the pain. I have maintained a healthy life style by exercising, eating right, getting proper rest and maintaining a healthy weight. I recently went as far as researching and testing several different manufactures matress styles before I purchased one. My pain improved some what but nothing significant, and I wanted significant improvement.

One day while talking with a co-worker about my back pain, she suggested a chiropractor. I hesitated at first because I had always been skeptical of chiropractors, but I remembered meeting Dr. Stephanie Owens at a community health fair. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism so I decided to make an appointment.

After a few short weeks, I've found my pain very much improved. As a matter of fact, the vast majority of days  I'm completely pain free. I sleep much better at night and I wake up in the morning no longer being stiff or sore. I'm walking faster and more energy that I've had in quite a number of years.

I'm so glad that I made the decision to seek chiropractic care from Owens Chiropractic.

I can honestly tell you that choosing Owens Chiropractic was a very wise choice, my back is much better and we are working on correcting a problem with my neck and arm.

Dr. Owens is thorough and takes the time to explain things to you. She does not give you the feeling that you are being rushed so she can move on to the next patient. You are under her care the ENTIRE time, not handed over to a technician after the initial consultation.
